Kickboxing Club Fitness

Kickboxing Club was built on a simple belief: fitness kickboxing should be fun, highly effective, and a place where members genuinely feel at home. We believe your workout environment matters — when a studio looks and feels like a place you want to be, staying consistent becomes natural.

With over a decade of experience in the fitness kickboxing industry, our instructors are trained in proven, results-driven techniques designed to help you burn calories and build strength efficiently. Every class is guided by coaches who actively support you, refine your form, and help you maximize results while reducing the risk of injury.

At our core, Kickboxing Club is more than a studio — we are a team-driven community. Our instructors and staff operate like a family, committed to supporting one another and the members we serve across every location.

Types of Classes

WE OFFER A VARIETY OF CLASSES TO MAKE YOUR WORKOUTS CHALLENGING AND FUN!

Fitness Kickboxing

Every Fitness Kickboxing class begins with 20 minutes of heart-pumping HIIT designed to elevate your heart rate, ignite your energy, and prepare your body for maximum performance.

From there, you’ll rotate through two dynamic training stations. On the Aqua Bags, you’ll complete four focused 3-minute rounds of punch combinations that build endurance, sharpen technique, and deliver an intense upper-body workout. On the Kickboxing Bags, you’ll push through four additional 3-minute rounds of powerful strikes, footwork, and total-body conditioning — a combination that develops strength, stamina, and explosive power.

Whether you’re stepping into your first class or you’ve been training for years, every session is structured to be challenging, engaging, and incredibly rewarding.

Power Kickboxing Classes

Our Power Kickboxing classes are designed for those who want intensity, variety, and serious results. Each session is built around a 10-station circuit that keeps your body constantly engaged and your workout moving at a relentless pace.

You’ll start on our strength training side, rotating through five stations of focused 3-minute rounds using equipment like kettlebells, battle ropes, and free weights. These stations are designed to develop functional strength, muscular endurance, and power.

From there, you’ll transition to the boxing and kickboxing side, completing five additional stations of high-energy 3-minute rounds on the bags. This portion emphasizes striking, cardio conditioning, and total-body output.

The result is a fast-paced, full-body workout engineered to build strength, maximize calorie burn, and challenge you from start to finish. Expect to sweat hard, push your limits, and leave every class feeling stronger than when you walked in.

Jus’ Kickboxing

Jus’ Kickboxing is built for those who want a pure, high-energy striking workout. Class begins with a focused warm-up designed to activate your muscles, elevate your heart rate, and prepare your body for movement.

You’ll then move into eight dedicated bag rounds: four 3-minute rounds on the Aqua Bags to develop speed, precision, and endurance, followed by four 3-minute rounds on the kickboxing bags emphasizing powerful strikes, combinations, and conditioning.

To close out the session, we finish with a targeted 3-minute core segment to strengthen stability, balance, and overall performance.

This class is ideal for anyone who wants to primarily focus on boxing and kickboxing while still getting an intense, calorie-burning workout.
