WHO CAN JOIN?

Kickboxing Club is designed for everyday people — not professional fighters. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or already active, our instructors scale every workout to your level.

All fitness levels are welcome.

DO I NEED ANY EXPERIENCE?

No experience is required.

Most of our members have never boxed before. We teach proper technique step-by-step so you feel confident from day on

WHAT AGES CAN JOIN?

We welcome adults of all ages. Our classes are structured for participants 14+.

If you’re unsure whether it’s a good fit, come in for a trial class and we’ll guide you.

CAN I FREEZE MY ACCOUNT?

Yes! Please email your freeze request to memberships@kickboxingclub.com at least 3 days prior to your next billing date.

I HAVE BAD KNEES OR AN INJURY. CAN I STILL TRAIN?

Yes — in most cases.

Our instructors provide low-impact options and modifications throughout class. You control your intensity, and we help you train safely.

If you have a serious injury, we recommend checking with your physician first.

I HAVEN’T WORKED OUT IN YEARS. CAN I DO THIS?

Absolutely!

Many members start after long breaks from fitness. You go at your own pace, and you’ll build endurance week by week. Our structure makes it easy to get back into shape without feeling overwhelmed.

IS THERE ANY SPARRING?

Nope. Kickboxing Club is a fitness-based training program. You train on heavy bags — not on other members.

No contact. No fighting.

IS THERE A COMMITMENT?

We offer flexible membership options.

You can choose month-to-month or longer-term plans depending on your goals. Our team will walk you through what makes the most sense for you.

IS THERE A TRIAL OFFER?

Yes! We offer an introductory trial so you can experience a full class before committing. Find your location on our site and click “Try a Class”

CAN I USE MY MEMBERSHIP AT OTHER LOCATIONS?
