FITNESS KICKBOXING

HIIT warm-up plus 2 bag stations, scaled for every fitness level.

50 min · HIIT · 8 × 3-min rounds

Every class starts with a 20-minute HIIT warm-up, then rotates through Aqua Bags and Kickboxing Bags for eight total rounds of striking. Challenging enough for veterans, structured enough for your first class.

What to expect:

  1. 20 min HIIT warm-up
  2. 4 rounds on Aqua Bags — punch combinations, endurance, technique
  3. 4 rounds on Kickboxing Bags — strikes, footwork, total-body conditioning

Best for: First-timers to veterans

 

POWER KICKBOXING

A 10-station circuit that pairs strength training with bag work.

50 min · 10 × 3-min stations · High intensity

Built for serious results, this class keeps you moving through five strength stations and five bag stations with no time to coast. Expect to sweat hard and leave stronger than when you walked in.

What to expect:

  1. 5 strength stations — kettlebells, dumbbells, battle ropes, slam balls, etc.
  2. 5 bag stations — striking, cardio, total-body output 
  3. Fast-paced rotations, minimal rest

Best for: Strength and cardio in one workout

JUS' KICKBOXING

8 dedicated bag rounds plus core work — pure striking, no circuit.

50 min · 8 × 3-min rounds + core · Striking focus

For anyone who wants to focus on boxing and kickboxing without the strength stations. Eight bag rounds build speed, power, and endurance, with a targeted core finisher to close.

What to expect:

  1. Focused warm-up — activate muscles, elevate heart rate
  2. 4 Aqua Bag rounds — speed, precision, endurance
  3. 4 Kickboxing Bag rounds — powerful strikes and combinations
  4. 3-minute core finisher

Best for: Anyone who wants boxing and kickboxing as the main event
